[FWR]/[MNT]: FWR (above): Allow flash writing



MNT (below): Allow remote reporting



[DRSW]/RST: DRSW (I): Cut off the door machine



RST (Down): Elevator Reset



DCB/FMS: DCB (I): Close the door



FMS (below): Write Layer Height Data



SW1/SW2: Combination Switch



Note: Do not dial FWR/MNT to the FWR side at any time except when rewriting the program is required.





Toggle switch [TCA]/[MCA]:



TCA (top) position, register top/bottom instructions by pressing SW2 switch up/down.



MCA (bottom) position, by pressing SW2 switch up/down, the elevator is running up/down.



Until it stops at the sub-terminal level, if it is released halfway, the elevator will stop at the nearest level.

Usage of Mitsubishi Elevator Test Tool Instruction 1
Mitsubishi Elevator Test Tool is an researched by our China's most High-tech elevator engineer, the elevator maintenance worker can use it to adjust the parameters of main board and copy the program-me. In the following, we introduce some simple steps to help the user how to use this test tool. Firstly, the usage should know the main consisting structure of Mitsubishi MC card. MC card includes two total key,one of which nearby Nixie tube is choice key, another is confirm key. This MC card can be connected with computer ( or be operated singly ) to copy ,replicate ,modify and burn to record the programme of main board (such as 728, etc her) in the elevator GPS3. Usage way 1:operate singly. Under the condition that the computer is not connected, this MC card can pass 40 core wire, connecting with main board to read and download the program of the Lift in whole or in segment. The default mode is Mode 0 on the power .when press a choice key, the Nixie tube shows the current state.Each press will cause choice key increase from the mode, 1 Mode 2 .…… Each mode ’s function is as follows: Mode 1:Read the procedure of the whole lift to the MC card. Mode 2:Read the data in parameter area of lift to the MC card. Mode 3:Read the program data in F1 segment of lift to the MC card. Mode 4:Read the program data in F2 segment of lift to the MC card. Mode 5:Download the program data of the whole lift inside of the MC card to the mian board. Mode 6:Download the data in lift parameter area which is inside the MC CARD to the main board. Mode 7:Download the lift program in F1 segment inside the MC CARD to the main board. Mode 8:Download the lift program in F2 segment inside the MC CARD to the main board.
